Ninna Thorarinsdottir (1980, IS) graduated Cum Laude in 2006, from the Design Academy Eindhoven (Man & Identity in Design). After graduation, she travelled through Asia, North America and Europe both working and exploring different cultures. Currently, she lives and works in Amsterdam.

Ninna Thoransdottirs work strives to be innovative and fun. Her combinations can be confronting and surprising. When designing, Ninna explores and experiments with different kinds of materials, and looks for new ways to present her ideas. For instance, combining remote technology with fashion, altering coloured paper via lighting, or by juxtaposing function with aesthetics.
